BoredRabbit / BigBag - Security Council Nomination 08/2025

  • Personal Intro : I’m BigBag / BoredRabbit , a long-time member of the MPH/ Karrat community with a deep commitment to ensuring this DAO operates with transparency, accountability, and integrity. I have spent countless hours studying the governance documents, engaging in community discussions, and pushing for better standards that protect the long-term success of Karrat. My background in business operations, leadership, and DAO governance gives me the practical and ethical foundation needed to serve the community’s interests, not personal interests or backroom deals.

  • Professional Background : My professional background is in leading highly regulated, high-stakes industries, where safety, precision, and accountability are non-negotiable. I run a cell tower telecom company that handles tower operations and infrastructure for national vendors, work that requires multi-million dollar contracts, vendor oversight, and constant risk management. I bring this same operational discipline to DAO governance. In crypto, I’ve spent the last several years deeply engaged with DAO structures, tokenomics design, on-chain transparency, and community governance. I’m fully aware of both the technical risks and the political games that can damage DAO ecosystems if not properly guarded.

  • Motivation: I’m running because I believe Karrat can be the model for how DAOs should operate: community-led, transparent, accountable, and growth-oriented. We have a responsibility to ensure that Karrat delivers on its promises to the community and doesn’t fall into the traps of opaque governance and unchecked spending. I want to ensure every dollar spent is in service of delivering real value to the holders. I will advocate for open books, community-driven discussions, and building an ecosystem that actually reflects Web3 values.

While I’m not a developer, I fully understand smart contract risks, tokenomics exploits, DAO vulnerabilities, and the importance of multisig security operations. I’ve been active in the Karrat DAO community since its inception, heavily involved in governance debates, foundation accountability, and treasury management concerns. I will represent the community with complete transparency while ensuring any actions taken by the Security Council have full justification and public disclosure.

  • Potential Conflicts (if any): I have no affiliations, business interests, or relationships that would present a conflict of interest with my duties as a Security Council member.
