Abstract

Allocate 25M $KARRAT from KARRATco Treasury for staking and 75,000 $KARRAT to buy 5 MPH NFTs for 5 Resiliency Nodes (RNs) on Studio Chain. Surplus $KARRAT held for gas fees or future NFTs. MPH community and KARRAT holders can deposit $KARRAT + 1 MPH NFT in DAO Pools, with the DAO topping off $KARRAT to meet 5M per RN. Sequencer revenue goes to the DAO Treasury wallet. MPH SubDAO Multisig controls Node wallets.

Enhance Studio Chain resilience for Web3 gaming and enable MPH community and KARRAT holder participation.

Aligns with KARRATco’s decentralized, community-driven Web3 gaming mission.

  • Platforms: Studio Chain (Arbitrum Orbit, Caldera-powered), MPH Marketplace/OpenSea, MPH SubDAO Multisig (e.g., Gnosis Safe, controlling Node wallets; MPH SubDAO governs My Pet Hooligan within KARRATco), DAO Pools (KARRAT Foundation-managed).

  • Funding:

  • 25M $KARRAT for staking (5M per Resiliency Node, or RN, which requires 5M $KARRAT + 1 MPH NFT to activate, improving network uptime; funded by Treasury + DAO Pools).

  • 75,000 $KARRAT for 5 MPH NFTs, acquired on OpenSea or MPH Marketplace.

  • Surplus $KARRAT for gas or future NFTs.

  • Node Activation: Stake 25M $KARRAT + 5 NFTs, configure with Caldera/KARRAT Foundation.

  • Revenue: Sequencer revenue (Studio Chain transaction revenue, shared with RN operators) to DAO Treasury wallet.

  • DAO Pools: MPH community and KARRAT holders deposit $KARRAT + 1 MPH NFT in DAO Pools (community deposit mechanism); DAO tops off $KARRAT to meet 5M per RN.

Implementation Steps

  1. Verify 75,000 $KARRAT in MPH SubDAO Multisig, allocate 25M $KARRAT from Treasury, set up DAO Pools.

  2. Buy 5 MPH NFTs from OpenSea or MPH Marketplace, hold surplus $KARRAT.

  3. Stake $KARRAT + NFTs via MPH SubDAO Multisig, configure nodes with Caldera/KARRAT Foundation.

  4. Direct sequencer revenue to DAO Treasury wallet.

  5. Update community on node performance every 6 months in My Pet Hooligan Discord under The KARRAT DAO channel.
